Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline.
They should ensure that their wards prepare their lessons and take active interest in the activities of the school.
Parents are appreciated when they respond readily and attend parent-teacher meetings and other school events.
Co-operation of parents is essential for the all-round development of pupils.
Parents are requested to foster in their wards habits of neatness, punctuality, politeness,
courtesy of speech, good conduct, and cleanliness of dress and person.
Parents/guardians are not allowed to go to the classrooms to meet their wards or teachers during school hours
without the sanction of the Principal. Teachers are available during their free periods on prior appointment.
Parents/guardians are required to sign progress reports or any other communication when so required.
Failure to do so will cause great mutual inconvenience.
Private tuition is strictly forbidden. Parents/guardians may not make private agreements for tuition with
staff members without consulting the Principal. If found necessary, tuition will be arranged by the Principal.
No tuition will be taken by a teacher one month prior to the final examinations.
Parents are requested not to take back their wards during class hours except in cases of serious illness
or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an application duly signed by the parents must be submitted,
and someone from home should come to fetch the ward.
